Scope of work
Every project begins with a written scope covering deliverables, timeline and price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it starts.
Payments
Projects usually begin with an advance and the balance on delivery. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Advertising budgets are paid directly to the ad platforms by the client.
Revisions and delivery
Each deliverable includes the revision rounds stated in the scope. Timelines assume feedback and assets are shared on time.
Ownership
Final files and accounts belong to you once the project is paid in full. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
